Teriyaki Chicken
1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks, undrained
3/4 c. teriyaki sauce
4 bonelss, skinless chicken breast halves
Rice, cooked
In a crockpot, combine pineapple chunks (with juice) and teriyaki sauce. Add chicken breast. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or high for 4 - 6 hours. Serve over rice. Note: Thicken the sauce by dissolving 1 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch in 1/4 cup water and adding to crockpot. Cook on high stirring occasionally, until thickened. Can also add chopped carrots, green peppers, and onions at beginning of cooking.

Here's one I make often:
Sante Fe Chicken (Crockpot)
1 lb frozen chicken (I use breasts without bone)
24 oz jar of salsa
2 cans whole kernal corn
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Add all to the crockpot and cook on low for the whole day (8 hours). Serve on it's own or with rice.

Thanks for the new recipes. I'm not sure if my kids will eat teriyaki, but I know they'll eat the one with salsa and black beans.

I made the Teriyaki chicken tonight. Unfortunately, it didn't go too well with the kids. I served it with rice. My husband said it was okay. I did find him taking the left overs and storing them so that's how I know he liked it. Will probably make again but will plan to feed kids something else next time.

I'm sorry the kids didn't like it but that's kids lol. My kids will eat it but they have to be in the mood for it. Like if they been here with me all day while it cooks and they smell it they want it more.
