View Full Version : Trouble Checking out in the store?

Here are some helpful tips... Internet Explorer User? Having trouble logging in or checking out?
1. Try using Mozilla Firefox instead!
2. Try these steps to attempt to fix IE... Delete your cookies/cache. Open Internet Options = Security 1. Add the website TWICE to the TRUSTED SITES. Uncheck Enable Protected Mode checkbox. Click on the SITES buttons and add these below (Require server validation must be unchecked) a) www.scrappity-doo-dah.com (http://www.scrappity-doo-dah.com/forum/../) b) scrappity-doo-dah.com
3. Delete all COOKIES then under the PRIVACY tab | SITES button choose ALWAYS ALLOW for a) scrappity-doo-dah.com
4. Go to the ADVANCED tab and click on RESTORE ADVANCED SETTINGS
5. Close all the browsers and restart and it should work.

Wow that is a lot of steps. What if you can't view store images in Fireforx??

Perhaps you have an image compression setting on in your browser?

when you add to wish list, do you fill in email link of the person who owns the product or email it to yourself?????

Are PayPal and GC the only options for payment? I have not seen a Visa or Mastercard option.

Yes, I believe they are. You can however use your MC/Visa when you check through PAYPAL.

Yes, when you checkout, you will be taken to the payment screen to login to Paypal. There should be an option on that same login screen for paying with visa/mastercard without a Paypal account. The credit card is processed by Paypal.

ok, so I tried checking out...my user name and password apparently didn't work...so I requested pw... got the email..and used that info and still got an error...so I re registered with a different user name and email..got that email verified and try logging in again...and still no go.

I'm using firefox..any other advice.

I use FF and wouldn't have thought of that. Either I have mine set up to purge on its own, or just haven't done it in forever.

I know I'm a geek LOL even my geekiness can help people WHA! I use FF too, it can be a pain sometimes with stores.
